   Fantastic service!! Highly recommend Astro Air!!

Our home ac went out on a very hot Sunday afternoon. We called Astro Air on Sunday and left a voicemail asking for service as soon as possible. On Monday morning, we received a prompt call back letting us know that technicians would be available to service our ac between 10am and 3pm. The technicians arrived at our house at 9:55am and fixed our ac by 10:30am! Fast service, very courteous technicians, and honest, fair pricing!    A top notch company with great customer service!  We were SO happy to have been able to have someone come out today for our A/C issue!  The young man who was here was awesome!

   I went with Astro Air to install central heating and air in my house where we previously had no duct work. They were amazing!

They had someone come to our house initially to check out our space and give us a quote. And after doing some calling around I thought it was a very reasonable price for all the service and equipment they were offering. After we signed the agreement we were able to choose an 18 month interest free finance plan and scheduled the install the following week. The office ladies were very nice and responsive to all my calls and emails. 

They spent 3.5 days at my house. All of the workers were extremely professional, thoughtful, and courteous as they came in and out of the house all day long. My 8 month old, dog, and I hung out in our living room while they worked. There were a couple of things they did that stood out to me as exceptional. When they were cutting out a hole for a duct that was near where my son and I were hanging out they had a guy hold a sheet up to make sure no dust particles came near us instead of asking us to move. They also were courteous about the amount of noise they made because there was a baby in the house even though I had no issue with noise I knew they were there to work and me and the baby would endure it lol. They also were sure to update me on any roadblocks they had and made sure that I was happy with their plan of attack. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up and vacuumed perfectly. My ugly old wall heaters were also removed, discarded, and the wall was patched up where they had been. 

I couldn't be happier with how all of this went. It was a big investment and I was SO happy to come home tonight to a quietly temperature controlled house of 68 degrees! Now I can't wait for summer to quietly blast my AC instead of an obnoxiously loud and stinky swamp cooler!

   If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!! On a very cold evening our heater  decided to quit.  They sent out a technician right away.  Unfortunately the part needed to be ordered, but they continually kept us apprised of the status.  They were very fair, honest, diligent, and efficient.  We highly recommend them!

   Just need to put a quick review for this outfit. Needed to get a rental A/C
back cooling during our last heatwave. They were very helpful from our first phone contact to the Tech John that got my A/C back in service. 
I'll be using Astro in the future  for my own home and other rentals +

   My AC breaker kept shutting off for about 1 1/2 wks, kept calling places to come check it out they were all a few days to a week out before they could come and check it out, I did have another AC company come and check it out before I found Astro. The other company just told me it was an "electrical " thing and needed to contact an electrician, he also stated " if it's not electrical then it MIGHT be your compressor " &  all he did was take my money because he did his diagnostic. I kept calling electricians but they were all booked another week out . I had a coworker refer me to Astro to get a second opinion and they came the next day after talking to them at 7am ( impressed me they could so soon!) , diagnosed the problem ( it was our compressor) and had their actual OWNER come out and give us an estimate to purchase the new AC (made me feel special the owner would take time to come out and see us that same day to just give an estimate, that shows how good of a company they are even the boss puts in work and they never tried to oversell anything he was completely honest and laid out all our options no pressure ) (the other AC guy didn't even offer to sell us the AC which they did sell , I found it weird I had to ask to purchase and even then they were 2-3wks out to come out and install ) ASTRO made everything so easy . They came three days later to install . Did an awesome job communicating everything and working as fast as possible to get my AC working again. They left everything clean and the AC system is working perfectly. Thanks for doing a great job and working with us ! Sorry it's a long review but I'm raving about you guys, you guys were awesome!    Astro AC is very responsive and the techs are excellent. Local Lincoln small business that will provide you with outstanding service always taking the extra step. They don't try to sell you additional services either. Nice people, too

   Called them this morning and had a service tech out same day, hottest day of the year so far! The best part was that the tech quickly identified the issue, made the adjustments and finished the job with no up selling, fake "needed repairs" or padded expenses.    I just want to give a huge shout out to Astro Air in Lincoln. Last night around 9:30 our a/c blew. I called and spoke with Steve on their after hours number, he assured me he would be here mid morning and he was. Thank God it was an easy fix. He was quick, fast, efficient and true to his word. 
Thank you Steve for excellent and amazing service.
And I know most women here know the pain of not being cool. So I am recommending Astro Air for all your a/c or heating needs

   I felt like singing "Steve from Astro to the rescue"  (to the tune of go Jim dandy!).  He came out and saved the day today.  On a Sunday no less!  It will be 107° today.  He fixed our AC and checked our attic fan.  Thank you Steve!  You are on the top of our greyhound Tilly's friend list now!
